Lewisham And Greenwich NHS Trust Gynaecology

2 years and 3 months on the waiting list so far

Still waiting for treatment after 2 years and 3 months. Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust are terrible and I wish I did not live here. A cyst confirmed as 3cm in June 2024 has now grown to 10cm and attached itself to my bladder. I now need much more complex surgery to remove my ovaries and repair my bladder. In pain for over 2 years. My appointments have been postponed in 2025. I have been asked if I wanted to leave the waiting list. Bottom line is I do not have cancer so I do not get treatment. My non cancerous 10 cm cyst continues to grow and make a hole in my bladder. Next scheduled appointment is December 2026 as I am back on yet another waiting list.
